A Business Support Manager (BSM) vacancy has arisen to support multiple practice areas including Commercial, Competition, Derivatives and Trading and Employment. We are looking for an individual who can employ high quality knowledge and skills, demonstrate a professional approach to their work and a positive attitude. The role will support a practice area and the Senior Business Support Manager (SBSM) in firmwide projects.

Commercial consists of two Partners, one Senior Counsel, seven Associates and two Trainee Solicitors. The practice is supported by one Senior Team PA.
Competition consists of seven Partners, one Senior Counsel, nine Associates and two Trainee Solicitors. The practice is supported by a team of PAs which consists of one Executive Assistant, two Senior Team PAs and one Junior Team PA.
Derivatives & Trading consists of two Partners, two Senior Counsel, four Associates, one Trainee Solicitor and three Paralegals. The practice is supported by a team of PAs which consists of one Senior Team PA and one Client Care Coordinator.
Employment consists of two Partners, nine Associates and one Trainee Solicitor. The practice is supported by a team of PAs which consists of one Senior team PA and one Team PA.
This role supports the Heads of Department (”HODs”) across the assigned practice groups by overseeing the operational running of each department, the PA team, and being a key point of contact for business services teams across those practice areas. The role will help improve Partner sustainability by coordinating practice-related administration enabling partners to focus on client work and the financial management of the practice.
