Salary: £27,973 per annum (plus £3,954 for London Weighting Allowance)
Location: Victoria Animal Hospital, with travel across London (and further afield on occasion)

We are looking for a confident driver who knows their way around London, to join our Veterinary Team as a Veterinary Hospital Driver. You will play a crucial role by providing essential transport services in one of our Blue Cross ambulances.
Provide pet transport service by collecting and returning sick and injured pets for owners who are unable to bring them to the hospitals themselves. Transport animals to and from rehoming centres such as Burford and Southampton and inter-hospital transfers across London sites.
Book appointments for approved clients using booking framework and plan routes accordingly.
Ensure regular vehicle checks before travelling to ensure safety of yourself and animals. Follow cleaning schedules and organise vehicle maintenance as required.
Manage hospital driver email inbox to handle bookings and client communications.
Process payments for appointments and procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
Provide reception support: greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling enquiries via email, maintaining a welcoming front desk area.
Valid, full UK driving licence.
Customer-facing experience.
Experience caring for or handling animals (preferred).
