Beyondsoft International (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion and drive AI‑led digital transformation across the Japanese Enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Independently identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our footprint within Japanese MNCs and their subsidiaries across regional markets.
- Drive revenue growth by leading the end‑to‑end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Partner with internal engineering teams to develop localized, customer‑centric solutions and deliver high‑impact technical presentations.
- Track and analyze sales data and key performance metrics to optimize business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead‑generation activities to boost brand awareness within the target segment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
- A strong, existing network of Japanese corporate clients based in Singapore is essential.
- A proven track record in selling IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions is highly advantageous.
- Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage and influence C‑suite stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and GMs.
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required to support collaboration with regional teams.
