About the Role
We are a TCM clinic chain seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee marketing strategy and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute sales and promotions across branches and digital platforms (social media, paid ads, etc), manage and liaise with outsourced digital marketing team.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize based on data insights (ROI, conversion, engagement).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and operational processes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with operational execution.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.Coordinate employee performance reviews, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
- Handle clinic employee scheduling, relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Support training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, operations.
- Working knowledge of HR practices and basic employment regulations.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven ability to manage projects and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
