About the Role

We are a TCM clinic chain seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee marketing strategy and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
    • Plan and execute sales and promotions across branches and digital platforms (social media, paid ads, etc), manage and liaise with outsourced digital marketing team.
    • Analyze marketing performance and optimize based on data insights (ROI, conversion, engagement).
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and operational processes.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with operational execution.
    • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.Coordinate employee performance reviews, goal setting, and appraisal cycles.
    • Handle clinic employee scheduling, relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
    • Support training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, operations.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and basic employment regulations.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
