We are seeking a skilled and driven Herd Manager to lead the management of an organic dairy herd based at our client’s estate in East Anglia. This is a hands‑on, responsible role for an experienced dairy professional who thrives on ownership and takes pride in delivering strong herd performance. You will oversee the day-to‑day operation of the herd, driving productivity, health, and welfare while maintaining the highest standards of milk quality and farm management. With a keen, instinctive understanding of cow health and behaviour, you will identify and address issues early, ensuring consistent outcomes and long‑term herd success. Working within the estate’s organic and regenerative farming framework, you will embrace progression and continuous improvement, actively contributing to ideas.
