Business Process Specialist
Business Process Excellence (BPE) Specialist to join our team at Ashby, supporting operations across 22 sites. This dynamic role involves leading improvement initiatives, supporting stakeholders in implementing change, and deploying best practices.
Working pattern is Monday‑Friday with flexibility required to work across multiple sites.
What are you going to do?
- Identify, promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leading Kaizen events.
- Support digitalisation projects and coach teams to embed problem‑solving capabilities.
- Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency across all areas.
- Lead innovation projects including robotic process automation (RPA) and digital solutions using Microsoft tools.
- Build strong relationships across sites as a key point of contact for improvement activities.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Analytical, organised, and confident in leading projects and coaching others.
- Experience in re‑engineering and improving operational solutions.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
