You’ll be responsible for the performance and stability of a regional pub estate, working closely with operators to improve profitability, strengthen standards, and ensure the business is protected commercially and legally.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, professional relationships with pub operators across your area
- Drive sales and profit through structured coaching and commercial guidance
- Review business performance, identify risk early, and create clear improvement plans
- Support operators with business planning, forecasting, and growth strategy
- Balance partnership support with firm boundary‑setting when required
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery across the region
