Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering high-quality projects across the UK. This is a key role with strong earning potential, ideal for someone with a solid mechanical background looking to take ownership of varied and interesting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure commercial efficiency
• Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting
• Negotiate contracts and variations to achieve best value
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual obligations
