Hours: MondayThursday 8:30am5:00pm, early finish on Fridays

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure commercial efficiency
- Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting
- Negotiate contracts and variations to achieve best value
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual obligations
