The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join a growing and well-established fit-out and manufacturing business.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bespoke joinery who can confidently interpret drawings and produce accurate, commercially competitive tenders. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality interior and joinery projects.
The Role
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labour, and installation
- Measure quantities and build up accurate pricing
- Liaise with design and production teams to ensure buildability
- Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities
- Prepare and submit clear, structured tenders
- Support project teams during handover
About You
- Experience estimating joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
