Driver with Caring Duties

We are currently recruiting for a Driver with Caring Duties on behalf of the team at Holywell Hospital. This is a temporary position for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential for extension.

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients/patients to and from Trust Adult and Day Care facilities
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure roadworthiness
• Operate vehicle tail lifts where required
• Accurately complete journey logs and vehicle usage records
• Safely secure wheelchair users using approved restraints
• Deliver and collect food supplies, furniture, and other items as directed
• Provide general support and assistance to clients/patients based on individual needs
• Administer basic first aid where necessary
• Assist staff and clients during day trips, outings, and facility activities under supervision

What We Need From You

• Category D License is required with no restrictions.
• CPC Card valid for at least 2 years.
• Willingness to complete Enhanced Access NI
