Social Media Designer / Content Creator (B2B)

London or Winchester (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office, with some travel between locations)

We’re looking for a creative storyteller to join a dynamic marketing team, producing standout B2B social content across LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex ideas into engaging, visually compelling content that cuts through.

Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll create multimedia assets including carousels, infographics, short-form video and animations, helping to grow brand visibility, spark conversations and engage key audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging multimedia content tailored to B2B audiences
• Repurpose long-form content into impactful social formats
• Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline
• Shoot and edit short-form video content
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts
• Support social channel management, engagement and performance tracking
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve content quality and reach

Skills & experience:

• Strong experience in short-form video creation and editing
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Express, Canva, Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Understanding of B2B audiences and content strategy
• Ability to create high-quality, engaging visual content at pace
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset

Desirable:

• Experience across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram or TikTok
• Confident writing and editing skills
• Exposure to podcast or event content amplification
• Basic analytics/reporting knowledge

Additional details:

• Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in the office
• Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
• Based in either London or Winchester, with occasional travel to the other office (expenses covered if not your base location)
