The Opportunity
A significant Saudi real estate developer is scaling its commercial and legal capability across a portfolio of large-scale developments and is now seeking senior Claims & Disputes professionals to join at multiple levels.
The roles support the delivery of complex building and infrastructure programmes, across a $Multi-Billion portfolio, where contractual rigour, commercial control, and dispute resolution capability are critical to success.

This is not a typical development.
You will be operating within a large, multi-asset programme combining:
- Major building projects and infrastructure
- Complex contractor ecosystems
- High-value contracts and layered stakeholder environments
- Live commercial pressure across delivery, cost, and time
Success in this environment requires individuals who can operate at pace, manage complexity, and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Across all levels, the focus is clear — owning and managing claims and disputes end-to-end:
- Assessing contractual entitlement and preparing robust claims positions
- Leading the evaluation of EOT, disruption, and prolongation claims
- Drafting detailed narratives, reports, and contractual correspondence
- Managing counterclaims and supporting dispute strategy
- Working closely with planning, commercial, and legal functions
- Supporting negotiations and resolution with contractors
- Providing clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders
Level-Specific Focus
Director
- Own the claims strategy across multiple projects or programmes
- Act as senior interface with legal teams, executives, and advisors
- Lead high-value, complex disputes and arbitration strategy
- Build and lead the on-site Claims function
Associate Director
- Drive claims management across major projects
- Lead detailed assessments and dispute preparation
- Manage contractor and consultant interfaces
- Bridge strategy and execution
Senior Manager
- Deliver detailed claims analysis and documentation
- Support EOT and cost claim assessments
- Provide analytical and reporting support across the function
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in claims and disputes on major construction/infrastructure projects
- Background within a recognised claims consultancy environment
- Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Track record in claims assessment, commercial management, and dispute resolution
- Ability to produce high-quality contractual correspondence and reports
Experience guide:
- Director: ~20+ years
- Associate Director: ~15+ years
- Senior Manager: ~12+ years
Credentials
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Professional membership (MRICS, MICE, MIOB or equivalent) preferred
- Additional legal/arbitration qualifications (LLM, MSc, CIArb) advantageous
