The NPD Manager will own the end-to-end development of new food products, coming to market and there will be plenty of pace required leading innovation from concept through to retail launch – if you’re up for the challenge this role will offer real ownership and a huge amount of visibility across the business.
The Role
- Lead the full NPD lifecycle from concept to launch
- Build and manage a commercially focused innovation pipeline
- Work cross-functionally across technical, supply chain, sales & marketing
- Manage suppliers and manufacturing partners to deliver against cost and feasibility targets
- Conduct product benchmarking, testing, and optimisation
- Own costings, margins, and packaging development
- Track performance post-launch and drive improvements
About You
- Degree in Food Science or related field
- 4+ years’ NPD experience within FMCG / food manufacturing
- Proven track record of delivering retail-ready products
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
- Confident working cross-functionally and externally with partner
