 Full-time

Negotiable

We’re looking for a Senior Regional Events Manager (Worldwide), to support the continued growth and development with focus mainly on our Canadian events portfolio, working from our UK head office.

Canada is already a strong and growing territory for us, and this role has been created to build on that success—adding additional strategic focus, structure, and support as we continue to scale.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can balance big-picture planning with day-to-day execution, helping to drive growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the region.

You’ll work closely with our existing team on the ground, as well as our wider marketing, entertainment, and operations teams, to expand the territory and unlock further opportunities. Acting as the central point of oversight across the region, you’ll ensure all activity is aligned and delivered to a consistent standard as the market continues to grow.

This role reports into the Head of Operations and sits within our global events team across the UK, Canada, USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

Team Structure

You’ll be working across a growing Canada-focused team, including:

  • A UK-based Senior Event Coordinator supporting planning and delivery
  • Freelance Event Managers on the ground across Canada
  • Junior administrative support assisting with logistics and coordination

You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, alignment, and direction across the territory as it continues to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the continued growth and scaling of our Canadian events portfolio
  • Developing strategies to expand the territory, including:
  • New cities and venues
  • Increased show frequency and capacity
  • New concepts and opportunities
  • Working closely with the Canada-based team to support planning, delivery, and performance across all events
  • Bringing additional structure and forward planning to the territory as it continues to grow
  • Overseeing event performance, including projections, budgets, and sales tracking
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to optimise campaigns and drive ticket sales
  • Leading regular performance reviews and ensuring strong visibility across all upcoming shows
  • Supporting venue strategy, negotiations, and long-term partnerships
  • Working across advancing, logistics, and operational planning to ensure smooth delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability
  • Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, entertainment, and operations to align on growth and delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the Canadian events and nightlife industry

Working Pattern:

Monday – Friday: Office based in Oval, London

This is a fully office-based role. No hybrid or remote working.

⏰ Flexibility required to align with Canadian time zones and event schedules

About You

  • Proven experience delivering and scaling live events within a specific market or region
  • Strong background in music, nightlife, or large-scale events
  • Commercially minded, with confidence in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Strong operational understanding, from concept through to delivery
  • Confident communicator across venues, talent, marketing, and internal teams
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

About Us:

We’re a fast-growing international events company operating across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, USA & Canada, delivering large-scale tours and branded event concepts globally.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in scaling an already successful territory, helping shape its next phase of growth.
