We are currently supporting a global procurement consultancy undergoing significant growth across multiple categories, alongside continued expansion throughout Europe. This represents an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on delivering measurable value and shaping strategic outcomes for clients.
We are seeking procurement professionals with prior consultancy experience, who are able to operate across the UK and Europe. Candidates with either indirect or direct procurement backgrounds will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver opportunities to improve clients’ procurement and operational performance
- Develop and implement category and project strategies to maximise value
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within client organisations
- Analyse market intelligence and supplier landscapes to inform procurement strategies
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective delivery throughout project lifecycles
- Lead and support negotiation strategies with clients and suppliers
- Provide commercial input into contract terms and conditions
- Support mobilisation and implementation of procurement initiatives
Key Requirements
- Proven procurement consultancy experience
- Ability and flexibility to work across the UK and Europe
- Experience in one or more of the following categories is desirable: IT, FM, HR, Logistics, Marketing
- Open to candidates with either indirect or direct procurement experience
- Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent planning, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Change management experience is advantageous
- European language skills are beneficial
