The Internal Communications Manager will play a crucial role in helping teams communicate effectively, support organisational change, and ensure content across various channels is clear, accessible, and aligned with corporate priorities. You will need to act as a trusted partner to key departments, creating high quality written content, and delivering change focussed communications that help colleagues understand and adopt new ways of working.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to product clear, engaging content for different audiences and channels.
• Experience developing and delivering internal communication plans that support organisational priorities.
• Ability to create and manage high-quality online content for the intranet and internal channels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
• Experience in delivering internal communications or employee engagement activity, including organising internal events, within a complex organisation.
