Collins Property Recruitment is partnering with a fast growing, highly ambitious property auction business to appoint a driven and detail-oriented individual to join them.

This is a great opportunity for someone commercially astute who thrives in a fast paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in producing high quality, detailed work.

The role will suit a confident communicator with strong written skills, as a significant part of the position involves producing detailed reports and appraisals for corporate clients.

The Role:

• Produce high quality property appraisals on a daily basis
• Analyse pricing, market data, and disposal strategies
• Prepare detailed, client-facing reports and recommendations
• Advise clients on pricing, positioning, and deal strategy
• Manage offers, negotiate deals, and liaise with buyers and vendors
• Represent the business in meetings, at events, and at auction days

The Package:

• £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary
• Attractive bonus structure
• Office-based role (no remote working)

About You:

• Experience in residential valuations, surveying, or auctions highly desirable
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear, confident writer with strong report-writing ability
• Professional, personable, and confident with clients
• Commercially minded, with a strong work ethic and ambition to progress
• Comfortable acting as a brand ambassador and supporting business growth
