I’m working with a leading sporting organisation who are currently recruiting for a corporate communications specialist.

The role will be working in the communications department of the company, leading on all business and stakeholder communications.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of a structured communication for all business related communications and commercial comms
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with journalists across news and business
  • Plan and help deliver communications campaigns that are visually clear, accessible and impactful. Use social media and digital platforms effectively
  • Lead on communications with sponsors and partners
  • Track, analyse and report on the performance of communications across media and digital platforms
  • Lead on all internal communications with staff across the business

Candidate Specification:

  • Demonstrable experience in a communications or media role
  • Demonstrable experience of devising and implementing a corporate communications plan
  • Awareness of the football and business operations environment
  • Experience with fan communications and working directly with partners
  • Experience working across departments and with senior stakeholders
  • Clear, concise communicator, who is willing to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Full UK Driving License
