I’m working with a leading sporting organisation who are currently recruiting for a corporate communications specialist.
The role will be working in the communications department of the company, leading on all business and stakeholder communications.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of a structured communication for all business related communications and commercial comms
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with journalists across news and business
- Plan and help deliver communications campaigns that are visually clear, accessible and impactful. Use social media and digital platforms effectively
- Lead on communications with sponsors and partners
- Track, analyse and report on the performance of communications across media and digital platforms
- Lead on all internal communications with staff across the business
Candidate Specification:
- Demonstrable experience in a communications or media role
- Demonstrable experience of devising and implementing a corporate communications plan
- Awareness of the football and business operations environment
- Experience with fan communications and working directly with partners
- Experience working across departments and with senior stakeholders
- Clear, concise communicator, who is willing to learn
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Full UK Driving License
