You will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to confidently and professionally liaise with his family and other members of his core team to ensure you support him effectively. A driver is preferred for this position to be able to drive the person’s Motability car. You will be supported throughout your time with our company by our friendly and supportive staff and management, and will receive additional training tailored to the needs of the customer(s) you support.
