Executive Assistant Location: Glasgow (Head Office)Salary: Up to £38,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate)Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per weekWe are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant to support at senior leadership level.This is a pivotal, fast-paced position offering the opportunity to work closely with a key member of the executive team, providing high-level administrative and operational support across multiple business areas. The role will suit a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a varied environment and enjoys being at the centre of business activity.The RoleActing as a true right-hand support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership operations. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, helping to keep teams aligned, projects progressing, and priorities on track.This is a broad and dynamic role, requiring someone who can confidently juggle competing demands, anticipate needs, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring priorities are effectively managedAct as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, supporting project tracking and follow-upsAttend meetings, produce accurate minutes, and monitor actions through to completionProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring priorities are effectively managedCoordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itinerariesSupport with expense management, including company credit card reconciliationAssist with diary coordination where requiredPrepare and format documents, reports, and presentations to a high standardLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationshipsProvide wider support across the executive team as neededAct as a deputy point of contact during periods of senior team absenceAbout YouWe are looking for a confident, adaptable and highly organised individual who can operate effectively at leadership level.You will be:Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate needsResilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPersonable, approachable and confident communicating with senior stakeholdersHighly organised, with excellent attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesDiscreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential informationExperience and skillsPrevious experience in a senior administrative, PA, EA or coordination roleExperience supporting senior leaders or executives is highly desirableStrong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesWhy Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and impactful role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
