Responsibilities

• The Consultant will provide medical leadership to the Kingston Hospital Liaison Psychiatry Team.
• Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure a safe, efficient and effective service that meets the Trust’s Key Performance Indicators.
• Participate in audit and clinical governance systems.
• Resolve problems on own initiative; if unresolved, bring concerns to the Team Manager and appropriate parties.
• Share responsibility with the Team Manager and other team members to ensure that the care delivered by the team is safe and of a high standard.
