As a fractional Marketing Director, you’ll take on a portfolio of clients—providing strategic direction, shaping marketing functions, and driving measurable growth. Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking commercially driven marketing leaders with extensive board‑level experience and a strong track record of delivering transformational impact.

Core Experience & Attributes

• Proven success as a board level CMO or Marketing Director in multiple organisations
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing to business strategy and P&L responsibility
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at board level
• Broad sector exposure, ideally including both large corporate and SME environments
• Fluent across brand strategy, digital channels, campaign planning, and analytics
• Knowledge of the evolving role of AI in marketing strategy, with demonstratable experience
• Comfortable working within resource‑constrained environments, delivering pragmatic, effective marketing solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑directed, resilient, and results‑focused
• Committed to building a long‑term, portfolio‑based career
