What you'll be doing

Avon is in the middle of one of the most exciting transformations in our 140-year history. We're rolling out Shopify across 14 markets, centralising our digital commerce operation, and building a team that can take a 140-year-old brand into its next chapter.

Head of Global Digital Trading

This role owns the global eCommerce P&L across 14 markets, spanning DTC and Rep-attached eCommerce via website and digital brochure. The commercial picture is more complex than typical digital trading roles, offering a compelling challenge for the right person.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global eCommerce trading P&L across 14 markets.
• Define the commercial strategy that turns digital traffic into revenue and margin at scale, across DTC and Rep-attached eComm.
• Lead the trading cadence, the promotional calendar and the commercial decision‑making forum where the team sets direction every week.
• Lead our regional trading managers and collaborate closely with merchandising, paid media, CX and marketplace; be the commercial voice at the table.
• Bring genuine curiosity about how AI is changing trading; adopt new tools and help build an AI‑first trading function as the landscape evolves.

Who we're looking for

• Someone who has carried a digital P&L at scale and wants a bigger one.
• Deep commercial instinct, track record of moving revenue and margin numbers in a multi‑market environment.
• Leadership presence to be the single accountable owner of digital sales and profit.
• Fluent in trading data, confident with forecasting and commercial modelling.
• Comfortable with the unique complexity of trading across both consumer and Rep channels.
• A builder, not a maintainer; able to set the commercial direction of a centralised digital operation from the ground up.
