Technical & Quality Officer

You will be part of a dynamic Development Team focused on delivering the organisation’s ambition to be an exceptional builder of affordable homes and a caring landlord.

Working across Cardiff and the surrounding areas you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality homes are delivered by building strong, positive relationships with contractors, statutory partners, consultants, and internal colleagues.

You will:

• Work with the developers, contractors and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the construction of our new homes meets our tenants’ requirements and our standards.
• Bring a clear understanding of what a well‑run, safe, and compliant construction project looks like, championing best practice on site and supporting the smooth delivery of each scheme.
• Above all, you will provide excellent customer care to our tenants, ensuring their needs and experiences remain at the heart of every project.
