As the appointed Regulatory Solicitor you will advise on both contentious and non‑contentious regulatory matters, including inquest‑related matters, health and safety, environmental matters and other regulatory issues on behalf of a range of clients.
Applicants should be Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE, possessing technical expertise in regulatory matters. A passion for regulatory law and a strong criminal/advocacy background are desirable. Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed at least one seat in criminal defence or regulatory law will be considered.
