With event experience at your core, you will have a sound understanding of the needs of stadium staff as well as spectators. You will be keen to dive in and assess current standards and look at ways we can work smarter, not harder. Based at the Stadium Management Office (SMO) and Lilywhite House (LWH), you will report into the L&D Manager and work alongside the HRBP, Safeguarding Officer and Venue Experience Manager designated to these sites at the Club.

  • Host the induction and orientation onboarding process
  • Compliance management including safeguarding and Health and Safety
  • Support spectator experience working with stadium teams and 3rd party stakeholders
  • Reporting and data analysis and collection
  • Match day support where needed

Person Specification

  • A growth mindset and a self-starter approach
  • The ability to maintain standards under pressure
  • Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and confidence in finding L&D solutions
  • Familiar with MS Suite tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams

Personal Attributes

  • Adaptability – you will be working across different teams with different needs and a variety of projects so the ability to flex will be key to success
  • Task Switching – From tracking attendance to delivering the induction you will need to be able to switch focus between different tasks often and with speed matching the pace of the business
  • Learnability – having the ability to pick up new information, process it, prioritise and then decide on actions will be a big part of your day to day
  • Authenticity – We are a team that touches every part of the Club and external partners developing relationships and giving guidance so bringing the real you to work will help to build that trust
