Senior Site Manager
Location: Malvern (with regional site travel)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + package
We are currently recruiting for an experienced professional to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. Based out of their Malvern office, this role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

- Residential developments
- Education schemes (schools and academies)
- Commercial and industrial builds
- Healthcare facilities
- Refurbishment and regeneration projects
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality control
- Monitor progress against programme and support planning
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
- Manage site logistics and material ordering
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersSupport cost control and commercial performance
- Drive site performance and continuous improvement
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop site teams
- Mentor junior staff and support career development
- Conduct performance reviews and manage team output
- Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction
- Proven track record of heading up construction projects and developments within a permanent role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
