Technical Services Manager

Luton | Up to £55,000 per annum

We are looking for a knowledgeable and hands‑on Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of technical and operational services on a Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract based in Luton.

This role is key to ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly and to a consistently high standard. While the focus will be on technical and operational excellence, this is still a highly visible role requiring strong people management skills and confidence when working with clients and stakeholders.

The Role

As Technical Services Manager, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day operational performance of the contract, providing technical oversight across hard services while supporting teams to deliver excellent outcomes for the client.
