The Role
- Advising and representing clients in relation to professional discipline, fitness to practise, and regulatory investigations.
- Supporting on hearings before regulatory bodies.
- Handling a varied caseload with appropriate supervision and training.
- Working alongside experts in the healthcare and regulatory field.
Candidate Profile
- Solicitor NQ-5 PQE.
- Experience in healthcare regulatory law is advantageous but not essential.
- Candidates from a clinical negligence background with a strong interest in healthcare regulatory work are encouraged to apply – full support and retraining will be provided.
- Strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for working in this specialist area.
