What You’ll Do
- Gain exposure to all aspects of the engineering product development cycle, from customer engagement and requirements capture through to design, build, test and production support.
- Develop RF and mmWave circuit design skills, with exposure up to 200 GHz.
- Work on active and passive RF design, solid‑state power amplifiers and radio transceiver systems as part of an 18‑24 month development programme.
- Use advanced modelling and simulation tools to support right‑first‑time hardware development.
- Build your laboratory capability, including advanced RF measurement, hardware development and debugging.
- Support the design and delivery of modules and components used in telecommunications systems for global market innovators.
- Work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams, as well as suppliers, partners and customers.
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation and present your work to peers and stakeholders.
- Experience real products moving through our state‑of‑the‑art clean rooms and production facility.
Requirements
- A 2:1 degree in Engineering, Electronics or Physics, or a Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
- A genuine passion for engineering and technology.
- Naturally curious, hands‑on and motivated by solving problems.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast‑moving environment.
- Ambition, drive and a growth mindset.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance, including 5 years’ permanent UK residency.
