Build Reliability Engineer - Operational / Support Focus

We’re hiring a Build Reliability Engineer to support the day‑to‑day health of a large‑scale, complex build environment within a tech / gaming organisation.

This is a hands‑on, front-line role focused on monitoring, triage, deep investigation, and clear communication — not CI/CD pipeline design. You’ll take full ownership of build failures, carrying issues from first alert through to root‑cause insight.

The Role:

You’ll be embedded in the build farm, acting as the first point of contact when builds fail. Your focus will be on analysing logs, identifying patterns, linking failures to specific code changes or contributors, and feeding clear, evidence‑based insight back to engineering teams.

This is an operational support role, not a pipeline engineering or architectural position.
