Responsibilities
- The Project Director will take ownership of a portfolio of key projects while actively contributing to the growth of the London office.
- This Project Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and leading project teams to successful delivery.
- The Project Director will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.
- A key aspect of this Project Director role will be leveraging existing client connections to generate repeat business and strengthen the consultancy's market presence.
Qualifications
- The ideal Project Director will have a strong background within a construction consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering projects and winning work.
- The Project Director must bring an established network of clients and the ability to convert relationships into secured projects.
- A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- This Project Director will be commercially astute, highly driven, and capable of leading teams while contributing to strategic business growth.
