MI Business Partner - Client & Marketing

Overview

We're looking for a talented MI Business Partner to work closely with our legal and central teams, in particular our Client and Marketing department. The role focuses on developing deep understanding of strategic priorities and delivering MI solutions – including dashboards, reports and client portals – that put data at the heart of decision-making, using primarily Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with leadership teams to understand their business goals and concerns, providing insight and guidance on how data and MI can add real value
• Shaping the client and marketing data strategy and representing the client and marketing and client solutions departments during technical decision making
• Improving data literacy and maturity across the client and marketing department

Qualifications

• Proven experience of delivering MI solutions, with solid knowledge of MI development best practice
• The ability to communicate confidently at all levels, translating complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with genuine enthusiasm for technology, data and continuous improvement
