You are the Foundation lead responsible for defining tenant‑to‑tenant migration standards for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams‑associated file content. You will translate information architecture realities (permissions, metadata, sharing, content structures) into repeatable runbooks and quality gates that enable high‑volume, low‑disruption migrations. You will govern tool configuration standards (native and/or third‑party) and establish validation and remediation patterns so Scale squads and the Factory can execute predictably.
You’re good at what you do and can demonstrate the experience to prove it. You bring a growth mindset, you stay focused on customer outcomes and you collaborate in an open, inclusive, “one team” way across global delivery organisations…
Primary UK business hours, with expected out‑of‑hours support during cutovers and cross‑region coordination windows (early/late calls; occasional weekends in peak migration periods).
