Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Planner located in Gloucestershire. The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, analyzing project performance, preparing reports, and ensuring projects meet key milestones. The role also involves close collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to provide planning expertise, manage risks, and support the successful delivery of construction and engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for project performance tracking and risk management
- Technical expertise in construction processes, engineering methodologies, and project management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and project teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within strict deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar planning role within the construction or infrastructure sectors
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of UK building and health & safety regulations is an advantage
