Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage FOI requests in the client’s FOI inbox.
  • Log, track, and allocate requests to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain responsibility for your own caseload, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Run regular reports and remind information owners of upcoming response deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support client’s compliance with FOI regulations.

Top Skills & Experience:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all FOI responses.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting information and making informed decisions.
  • Deadline Management: Proven experience managing a high volume of work under time constraints.
  • Autonomous Work Style: Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • IT Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Qualifications: Prior administrative experience and knowledge of FOI processes are advantageous but not essential.
