As the Category Manager, Amazon Europe, you will formulate, execute and lead the EU team to support the merchandising strategy and Spin Master’s online growth objectives within the EU/UK markets. Your focus is to deliver best‑in‑class Amazon experiences across each EU country site including UK, partnering with all local teams to drive digital shelf excellence. This involves defining the FY range, ensuring AMZ EU sales forecasts are accurate via our consensus process, driving traffic and conversion for our catalogue portfolio and optimizing aspects of the digital shelf including availability, placement, content compliance and review sentiment. As the Team Lead, you will utilise the technology and tools available and be the go‑to person for range planning, merchandising initiatives and knowledge.
Additional information: This is a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity contract. Spin Master works in a hybrid model with 4 days per week onsite.
