We’re supporting a luxury beauty brand in the search for an NPD Manager to lead the development and delivery of new product launches from concept through to market. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will play a key part in driving the innovation pipeline and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full product lifecycle for new launches and reformulations, managing projects from initial concept through to production
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure all launches are delivered in line with agreed schedules
- Collaborate with external laboratories and development partners, guiding projects from brief through to final sign‑off
- Develop and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) across multiple projects
- Lead the briefing and approval process for product artwork and packaging
- Coordinate the development of initial samples and prototypes
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, operations and regulatory stakeholders
- Establish and monitor quality standards in partnership with manufacturing partners
- Partner with design teams on packaging development, including artwork review and approvals
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and innovation opportunities within the beauty space
- Support operational processes such as freight coordination and shipment tracking
- Assist with a range of ad hoc tasks including sample management, PR sample preparation, mock‑ups and presentation creation
About You
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office)
- Proven experience within NPD, product development or a similar function in the beauty, cosmetics or manufacturing sector
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
