Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a proven track record delivering end-to-end product launches in MedTech or Diagnostics?
We’re partnering with a global healthcare organisation to appoint a Senior Project Manager into a high-impact, international PMO function. This is a newly created role driven by increased project demand, offering the opportunity to lead complex, revenue-generating product launches across multiple markets.
The Opportunity
This is not a governance-only PM role.
You will take ownership of 1–4 concurrent New Product Introductions (NPI), leading full go-to-market delivery across cross-functional, global teams—bridging R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
You’ll operate at the centre of a fast-paced, matrixed organisation, influencing stakeholders at all levels while ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end product launches, from development handover through to commercialisation
- Establish and drive project governance (charters, stage gates, SteerCos)
- Own project planning, risk management, and issue resolution
- Act as the key interface between global and regional teams
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Champion continuous improvement within the PMO, including coaching and best practice development
- Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance delivery efficiency and insight
- 5–8+ years of hands-on Project Management
- Proven delivery of end-to-end New Product Introductions (NPI) in MedTech/Diagnostics
- Experience in large, structured organisations
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes
- Experience managing physical products
Technical & Functional Knowledge
- Stage-gate processes and full project lifecycle management
- ISO/FDA regulated environments
- Budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight
- Tools such as MS Project, Planview, and reporting dashboards
