Responsibilities

You’ll operate in the procurement and supply chain leadership, guiding complex supply chains in a cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing setting. You will influence procurement and supply chain outcomes in a high-stakes environment.

  • Lead and inspire a team of supply chain professionals, managers, and subcontractors to deliver against an ambitious supply chain strategy
  • Owning key contracts (strategy, negotiation, performance)
  • Develop and execute robust Contract Management Plans that ensure control, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Hold accountability for supplier performance—past, present, and future—ensuring delivery against key metrics across critical programmes

What You Bring

You’re already operating at a manager level and thrive in complex, high-stakes environments.

  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain within large-scale major programmes, defence manufacturing or major complex subcontracting environments
  • Strong track record in contract strategy, negotiation, and supplier management
  • Proven leadership capability—able to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Commercially astute, confident operating within structured and regulated frameworks with a mindset that values collaboration, innovation, and diversity of thought
  • Background in Defence, Nuclear, Engineering or Manufacturing
