Responsibilities
You’ll operate in the procurement and supply chain leadership, guiding complex supply chains in a cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing setting. You will influence procurement and supply chain outcomes in a high-stakes environment.
- Lead and inspire a team of supply chain professionals, managers, and subcontractors to deliver against an ambitious supply chain strategy
- Owning key contracts (strategy, negotiation, performance)
- Develop and execute robust Contract Management Plans that ensure control, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Hold accountability for supplier performance—past, present, and future—ensuring delivery against key metrics across critical programmes
What You Bring
You’re already operating at a manager level and thrive in complex, high-stakes environments.
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain within large-scale major programmes, defence manufacturing or major complex subcontracting environments
- Strong track record in contract strategy, negotiation, and supplier management
- Proven leadership capability—able to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Commercially astute, confident operating within structured and regulated frameworks with a mindset that values collaboration, innovation, and diversity of thought
- Background in Defence, Nuclear, Engineering or Manufacturing
