Role Overview

TSA Surveying is supporting a Housing Association in Kent and requires a qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for a long‑term contract.

• Conduct Stock Condition and RDSAP surveys across residential properties in and around Kent.
• Work with a portfolio of 3,000+ properties (property list available).
• Must be a QUALIFIED DEA.
• Paid per survey – covering flats, houses and blocks.
• Outside IR35.

Contract Details

• Duration: 12‑month rolling contract.
• Start Date: Expected from 5th May.
• Appointments: Pre‑arranged by the client with optional door‑knocking.
• Equipment Provided: ID badges, tablet, calling cards, letters of authority.
