Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst I to support product, delivery, and other business teams by gathering business requirements, documenting user stories, and assisting in the analysis of business processes. The Analyst will also help present data in a clear and actionable format to support product decisions.
Role responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Assist in writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document business processes and maintain project documentation.
- Present basic data insights using Excel or PowerPoint to support product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and development.
- Learn and apply best practices in requirement management and Agile methodologies.
Skills & expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of gathering user requirements.
- Basic knowledge of software deployments and release management process.
- Fundamental knowledge of Visio, Excel, and Jira.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a globally distributed organization.
- Experience in documenting processes and business requirements.
