Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst I to support product, delivery, and other business teams by gathering business requirements, documenting user stories, and assisting in the analysis of business processes. The Analyst will also help present data in a clear and actionable format to support product decisions.

Role responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Assist in writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document business processes and maintain project documentation.
• Present basic data insights using Excel or PowerPoint to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and development.
• Learn and apply best practices in requirement management and Agile methodologies.

Skills & expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of gathering user requirements.
• Basic knowledge of software deployments and release management process.
• Fundamental knowledge of Visio, Excel, and Jira.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a globally distributed organization.
• Experience in documenting processes and business requirements.
