Lead Administrator
We are looking for a Lead Administrator to join our friendly team based in Aldershot to oversee operational activities across our MoD Housing contract. You will be responsible for monitoring reports, addressing resource issues, and effectively communicating with supervisors and the scheduling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly team targets
- Producing monthly missed appointment reports
- Identifying issues with resource allocation and scheduling errors
- Ensuring jobs are scheduled for the following day, checking travel and time requirements
- Training new members of staff and creating training templates for new starters
- Liaising with the Area Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Attending Supervisor/Manager meetings when required
