As a Client Operations Analyst in Asset Wealth Management Team, you’ll be at the heart of that work—partnering with bankers and teams across finance, technology, compliance, and operations on a global platform. Designed for early‑career talent, this role offers real responsibility from day one, hands‑on learning, and exposure to how Private Banking works end to end. You’ll help deliver client requests, manage operational processes, and support high‑quality, compliant outcomes in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Job responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with bankers and partners across legal, technology, and change teams, communicating clearly and confidently in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
- Execute client activity end‑to‑end with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client experience, anticipating needs and coordinating seamless delivery.
- Spot opportunities to simplify and improve processes, contributing ideas that reduce friction and make a real difference for clients and colleagues.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is beneficial but not essential.
- Interest in, or exposure to, process improvement or project delivery (formal experience welcomed but not required).
