The King’s Trust in London is currently going through an exciting period of development. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Management Team to lead and motivate our team of Youth Development Leads on a fixed-term basis.
As part of the Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our programmes, which include Get Hired, Get into and Get Ready programmes. You will work collaboratively with Delivery Partners to develop and implement our delivery plan and ensure we meet targets.
In our Employability role, we focus on developing and maintaining relationships with employers across London who have live job opportunities, while also supporting the employment of diverse talent and ensuring quality and compliance throughout.
As a Delivery Manager, you must lead the effective delivery by your team, ensuring that every young person engaged progresses with an appropriate pathway of learning and development and one‑to‑one support. You will be a role model for your team, demonstrating best practice in how we work with young people in a safe way to ensure we deliver maximum value for young people and partners.
The Delivery Manager role is multi‑faced, and we are looking for an individual with a broad skill set. We work with young people from every background, so we’re passionate about building a diverse workforce that represents the young people we support. We welcome applications from everyone who meets the essential criteria for the role.
Here at The King’s Trust, we’re committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. We want to be an organisation that represents the communities we serve, and we strive for diversity of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion and sex. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone, from any background, can be themselves and do the best work of their lives.
The King’s Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We undertake basic disclosure checks in accordance with the Codes of Practice for all roles within the Trust, and for roles working directly with young people, at an enhanced level. Having a criminal record will not automatically exclude applicants.
