Role Purpose
To lead, motivate, and develop a retail team, delivering an exceptional client experience while contributing to strong and sustainable store performance. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role plays a key part in translating business objectives into daily actions on the shop floor.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the tone through behaviour and presence
- Coach, support, and develop team members through regular feedback
