Business Analyst & Process Owner

As the process owner for the onboarding, access requests and user enablement within a major A&D client, you will be responsible for taking an established process to the next level through data analytics, process improvement, and implementation of auto‑reporting tools. You will serve as a process owner, managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the process alongside the ServiceNow team.
• Manage escalations regarding onboarding, access requests and user enablement.
• Analyse process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels, delivering high‑quality documentation and reports.
• Work autonomously to deliver results without constant supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Owner, Communications Consultant or within a process improvement role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across various organizational levels.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in process optimisation and implementing efficiency improvements.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance (must be a sole UK national).
• Willingness to travel to Barrow‑in‑Furness as required by client needs.
• Open access to digital learning platforms.
