Physical Therapist- Home Health - 13440

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to home health patients in their place of residence.

Essential Job Requirements

• Education: A degree from a baccalaureate, masters or doctorate program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization. Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Home Health experience preferred.
• Required skills: Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills. Valid driver’s license required.
